3D Intraoral Scanning

iTero 3D Intraoral Scanning of the highest quality

The all-digital workflow of CAD/CAM dentistry generates a digital impression of the patient’s mouth.

From there, the dentist can use in-house or off site dental labs to complete a variety of restorative/cosmetic procedures.

Digital scanning is the best way forward in full mouth restoration and cosmetic dentistry. Intraoral scanning improves patients' experiences with a fast, comfortable procedure and accurate results that improve procedural success rates. When patients view the intraoral scan they are better able to understand the treatment plan.

If you have dental goals for full mouth restoration or cosmetic procedures Diamond Bar Dental Imaging will provide the imaging your dentist requires.

Quick and comfortable CBCT scanning for superior 3D images.

CBCT Scan is a digital X-Ray scanner that creates a three-dimensional view of the dental structure, tissue, nerve pathways, and bone in just one scan.

The cone-shaped X-Ray beam provides 3D images for advanced planning and diagnostic support of dental procedures such as:

  • surgery
  • impacted teeth
  • reconstructive surgery
  • accurate placement of dental implants

Misdiagnosis of the maxillary sinus can lead to sinusitis or other inflammatory conditions. CBCT Scan provides an accurate picture of the maxillary sinus and its position in relation to the available bone. The surgeon can accurately measure and select the right implant length to avoid puncturing the maxillary sinus.

Taking these precautions will result in the most accurate results. Please wear loose-fitting clothing and no metal objects, including; jewelry, glasses, and piercings, to avoid interference with the scanning.

The CBCT Scan has become increasingly important in diagnosis and treatment planning for;

  •  Implant Dentistry
  •  Endodontics
  •  Orthodontics

During a CBCT Scan, the scanner rotates around the patient’s head, obtaining up to nearly 600 different images. The scanning software collects and reconstructs the data, producing a digital volume composed of three-dimensional voxels of anatomical data that can then be manipulated and visualized with specialized software.

CBCT Scan has the newest technological advancements for the most accurate results.
